Samuel Poppell is an accomplished entrepreneur, real estate investor, and business owner with a powerful story of transformation, resilience, and growth. He began his real estate career in 2018, starting with vacation rental condos in Destin, Florida, and has since expanded into flips, BRRRR strategies, land investing, and build-to-rent developments. Today, Samuel manages a diverse portfolio of long-term and short-term rentals across the Florida Panhandle and continues to scale his footprint through strategic acquisitions and development.  Samuel is the Co-Host of the Elite Real Estate Podcast, where he interviews top investors, operators, and entrepreneurs, uncovering the real stories and strategies behind their success. He is also the Co-Founder of MP Development Group, a company focused on raising private capital and acquiring land for development in the Pensacola, Florida market. Through these ventures, Samuel works closely with investors to deploy capital into high-quality real estate opportunities designed to generate strong, risk-adjusted returns.  In addition to real estate, Samuel is a multi-unit franchise owner of Clean Eatz Cafés, with locations in Shalimar, Pensacola, Mobile, and Tallahassee. His passion for health and performance is deeply personal—having achieved a 172-pound weight loss transformation—and is reflected in his commitment to helping others live healthier, more disciplined lives.  Before his success, Samuel faced significant adversity. After an arrest in 2010 and incarceration until 2015, he made a deliberate decision to rebuild his life from the ground up.
